By purchasing any product on our page, you understand we cannot return it under any circumstances, due to the nature of the product not being able to be resold. We do not replace stolen packages. The only exception to this return policy is with KandyPen Ouras- as they handle their own customer service issues with their products. We will provide the information you need if there are any problems. PLEASE READ: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND PACKAGES AND/OR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS OR SEIZED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT. PLEASE KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS BEFORE ORDERING.
